Founder, Elijah Pfister has extensive experience developing organizations, building teams and guiding leaders . He has held leadership positions in technology, consumer products, manufacturing, adult beverage and non-profit industries for nearly two decades. He has an extensive background providing management consulting and investment banking services including but not limited to - developing GTM strategies, strategic relationships, forecasting and budgeting, cash management, corporate finance, valuations, raising debt, equity and overseeing divestitures. Additionally, Elijah has served as chief executive, financial officer, board member and strategic advisor to several companies seeking to expand their business and create strategic alliances.

Elijah received his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
