Working alongside an existing finance team, W&W overhauled the entire FP&A team for a growing CPG firm. W&W hired and trained staff, outsourced portions of reporting and cost accounting, saving the organization 20% in overhead costs, while implementing new budgeting and forecasting tools for the entire organization. W&W established and oversaw all investor and BOD reporting and brought on new banking partners; raising $12M in commercial debt.
