Which in turn lead to a global expansion plan that increased sales by >1000% over an 5 year period and 100,000 9L cases sold. By identifying and partnering with top-tier wholesale and retail partners throughout the US and Canada W&W ensured long term promotion and successful growth.

Working alongside the head of operations and ownership, W&W designed and established new production capabilities to keep up with outsized growth. W&W oversaw all strategic development activities, including ideation, requirements gathering, contract negotiations, forecasting, budgeting, communications across departments and established a new NPD process. Additionally, W&W raised $3M in working capital!

Working alongside an existing finance team, W&W overhauled the entire FP&A team for a growing CPG firm. W&W hired and trained staff, outsourced portions of reporting and cost accounting, saving the organization >20% in overhead costs, while implementing new budgeting and forecasting tools for the entire organization. W&W established and oversaw all investor and BOD reporting and brought on new banking partners; raising $12M in commercial debt.
